Psychology Honours student at Delhi University, clinical intern, and the creator behind @psychwithtejal — making psychology feel human, one reel at a time.
I'm a third-year Psychology Honours student at Mata Sundri College for Women (Delhi University), currently interning at a clinical psychology setting where I'm putting counselling microskills, assessments, and case documentation into real practice.
Alongside my degree, I run @psychwithtejal, a psychology content platform that translates concepts for a wider audience — book breakdowns, everyday psychology, and reflections on university life. I'm also completing a six-month digital marketing course, because I believe good psychological insight deserves to travel further than a lecture hall.
Built on strong fundamentals — chosen deliberately for depth of subject over prestige of name.

One memory that's stayed with me: during an art activity, a young girl I was working with drew both our names — "Naiwika" and "Tejal" — surrounded by flowers on a page. It's a small moment, but it's the kind of connection that reminds me why I want to do this work.
